The July 22nd Crab Feast was a huge success! Hot Crabs, cold beer and more hotdogs, hamburgers, sides and desserts then we knew what to do with. While the kids played on the swing set and in the pool the adults were able to eat crabs, play horseshoes or just chill. We had a great turnout and a good time was had by all!
For Alex
One of the nicest thing about pulling off the May 2000 car show was that we were able to help a little boy named Alex.
3 year old Alex Joseph Lilly, son of Michael and Samantha of Bowie was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) on December 9th, 1999.
Our Sponsor, Dave Cetrone, of Cetrone's Restaurant brought to our clubs attention the young boy and his fight with ALL. Dave was very generous and donated all the funds from the food sales to Alex and his family. The Asphalt Angels also contributed so that together we could raise $500.00 to give to Alex.

Asphalt Angels made a $100.00 donation to the Beltsville Firehouse,to show
our appreciation in letting us use their facilities for our Monthly General Membership Meetings. Our meetings are held at the firehouse on the 2nd Tuesday of every
month at 7:00 PM.
We'd like to thank them for always trying to accommodate us as best they can.
